GreenBlade LLC — Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We schedule routes tightly to keep costs down and arrive on time. Please help us by giving advance notice if plans change.

1) Standard Notice

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid fees.

2) Late Cancellations & Lockouts

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment—or failure to provide access (locked gate, aggressive pets, obstructed yard)—may incur a $70 late‑cancellation/lockout fee.

3) Weather & Safety Rescheduling

  • If weather or unsafe conditions would harm your lawn or our crews, we will reschedule at no fee and notify you with the new window.

4) Skips for Recurring Plans

  • Skipping a scheduled visit may result in longer grass and additional time on the next service; a reasonable surcharge may apply to restore the lawn to standard.

5) Same‑Day Changes

  • Same‑day changes are subject to availability and may incur the $70 fee if a crew has already been dispatched.
