GreenBlade LLC — Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our work. This policy explains when refunds may be available.

1) Case‑by‑Case Evaluation

  • Refunds are considered individually based on the specific service, lawn condition, and outcome. Our 24‑hour fix‑it guarantee applies first—we will return to correct missed areas before considering a refund.

2) Non‑Refundable Items

  • Services already performed (including time and labor) where work met the agreed scope.
  • Chemical applications (spraying/fertilization) once product has been applied.
  • Third‑party costs, permits, or disposal fees already incurred on your behalf.
  • Rush/after‑hours fees, mobilization charges, and travel surcharges, if any.

3) Prepaid Visits & Packages

  • Unused visits may be refunded pro‑rata, less any discounts applied for prepayment, and less any outstanding balances or fees.

4) Recurring Subscriptions

  • If you cancel a recurring plan, we will settle the account based on services already performed and issue a pro‑rata refund for any unused prepaid balance.

5) Deposit Jobs (Clean‑ups/Projects)

  • Deposits are applied to labor, materials, and scheduling. If you cancel, we may deduct actual costs incurred and reasonable mobilization before issuing any refund.

6) How to Request a Refund

  • Email contact@greenbladellc.com within 7 days of service with your name, address, invoice number, and a brief description (photos helpful).
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
