GreenBlade LLC — Website & Service Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of https://greenbladellc.com and your purchase of services from GreenBlade LLC. By requesting a quote, booking service, or using the site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Quotes, Pricing & Taxes

  • Residential and commercial visits start at $70+, with +$80 per additional acre beyond 1.0. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection or review of photos/imagery and may vary due to obstacles, slopes, growth, or access.
  • Quotes are estimates unless stated otherwise and are valid for 15 days. Applicable sales tax will be added where required.

2) Scheduling, Access & Weather

  • You authorize us to access the property on scheduled dates, including via gate codes and notes you provide.
  • Weather or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. We will notify you of changes.

3) Safety & Yard Conditions

  • Please remove obstacles, pet waste, toys, rocks, cords, and other hazards before service. We may skip unsafe areas.
  • We are not responsible for damage to hidden/obscured items (e.g., irrigation heads/lines, low‑voltage wiring, landscape lighting) that are not visible or disclosed.

4) Spraying & Fertilization

  • Applications are performed by or under a licensed applicator in accordance with product labels. Weather, thatch, soil, and species affect results. No guarantee of total weed eradication is provided.

5) Photos & Proof‑of‑Service

  • We typically capture on‑site photos for quality control and proof of completion. By engaging our services, you grant us permission to capture such images for internal use. Public marketing use requires your consent.

6) Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. For recurring service, a card on file may be required. Late balances may incur fees or service suspension. Returned payments may incur a $35 fee.

7) Cancellations, Skips & Lockouts

  • See the Cancellation Policy. In short: please give 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule; otherwise a $70 late‑cancellation/lockout fee may apply.

8) Refunds & Service Guarantee

  • See the Refund Policy. We offer a 24‑hour fix‑it guarantee—report any missed areas within 24 hours and we will return to address them.

9) Liability Limitations

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim in the previous three (3) months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10) Indemnification

  • You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or from hazardous conditions you fail to disclose.

11) Disputes; Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue lies in state or federal courts located in Bell County, Texas.

12) Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
